Empowering Voices

On November 3rd and 4th, 2025, the Administration of Elementary School organized two days of training for their teachers. The seminars were led by two experienced educators in the field of education. The training included how to prepare lessons, teach spelling, and help learners write well, just to name a few.

66 Teachers from all four campuses; Bois-Neuf, Nicholas, Zoranger, and Cathor, attended these two days of training.

According to Charlesen Alcius, the principal of the Elementary School in Cathor, “Teachers must learn to teach better so that learners can actively participate in their learning and make the most of it. Teachers must be considered as guides, not mere holders of knowledge. Learners must be builders of their knowledge.”

The two days of training were definitely considered a successful endeavor!
